Refund and Returns Policy
At Amazon Leftover, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or different product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
– The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
– The product must be returned with original packaging, box, tags, and accessories.
– Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
– Used, damaged by customer, washed, broken, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
– Product pictures or video may be required for verification.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
For change of mind returns, 15% will be deducted from the total product amount as handling, packing, and service charges.
If the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or different due to our mistake, no 15% deduction will be applied.
Refunds may take 3 to 7 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund details will be confirmed with the customer through WhatsApp or phone call.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or different product, we may offer an exchange depending on product availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund or another suitable option after confirmation with the customer.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will guide you about the return process.
If the customer wants to return the product due to change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
– Product is used or damaged by the customer.
– Product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
– Return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
– Product is incomplete, broken, or not in resaleable condition.
“Advance Payment Policy: Orders over PKR 10,000 require a deposit of 5% or PKR 1,000 (whichever is greater). The remaining amount is payable via Cash on Delivery.”
